Cybersecurity Development Processes per ISO/SAE 21434
With UN R155 and ISO/SAE 21434, cybersecurity has become a mandatory discipline in vehicle development. Automotive SPICE® for Cybersecurity addresses exactly this gap. In development, the goal is to perform a Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment (TARA) and derive the right requirements from it. The SPICE standard also covers validation and verification. Not included, however, is the Cybersecurity Management System, which plays an important role in ISO/SAE 21434. For assessors, we offer SPICE certification training, but anyone who wants to seriously engage with this topic cannot avoid training in ISO/SAE 21434 and substantial hands-on experience.
